ABOUT THE 1 MINUTE MOVEMENT
Foundation and Goal
The One Minute Movement was founded at the start of 2020 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, one the most devastating and historical times in the 21st Century. This spurred on the start of our instagram page which is growing as we speak, helping to inspire hundreds if not thousands across the world to become the best version of themselves (and ourselves) which is our No.1 goal.
We aim to teach people how to start a journey of personal development, teaching vital skills and knowledge which will enable them to live the life they want.

We believe here at the 1 Minute Movement, that life is split down into these categories. When trying to improve yourself, it's important to make yourself the main study of your life. Putting the 5 pillars in place for your life means you are able to look at each section of your life and view it in detail. When you do this you can then see what areas you need to work on and will allow you to set specific goals for you to reach, which in turn will provide progress in every aspect of your life.
